Now, keep in mind, I know my way around fantasy football and sports in general but just this weekend I entered 3 games and picked 3 different teams. The leagues were $11, $11, and $22 apiece to enter into. I actually won the $22 league tonight and with it $180. $180 – $44 total buy-in = $136 pure profit picking fantasy teams. Now that’s easy money.

I played in 3 leagues and won 1 for $180. My total buy-in was $44.

They have fantasy hockey, fantasy college football, fantasy golf (fantasy PGA), and fantasy baseball (fantasy MLB) but my two games are fantasy football and fantasy basketball. I won’t even touch the other games because I don’t know them.

The kind of money I was making was $2,200/month. I was not actively working for it. It was passive. I’d like to say that I saved a lot of money but student loans ate up most of my money after bills (apartment rent, groceries, gas, etc.).

How did I make that money? I built several websites and advertised products and services on them. There’s a lot of details behind that story but that’s basically what I did and how I made the money.

Here’s what you want to know: Can you do it too?

Wow. Short answer is yes. I think if you really want to apply yourself and learn the ins and outs, then yes. BUT it’s not going to happen overnight and it’s gotten a lot harder to make money than it used to be. It used to be easy as pie.

What I’m currently doing right now is trying to find a way to beat the system. I don’t know how I’ll do it – whether it’s Facebook advertising, working on my websites, or what but I’m going to find a way damnit.

I’d be a hypocrite if I didn’t figure out a way to start making more money again and pull my ship back up and keep it from sinking. Until I do figure out how to make easy money again, I’ll be doing the dirty work to get the job done. Last week I was already mowing my aunts yard.

I hate working but I’ll do what I have to do until I can figure out how to get my money back up. If anything this was a kick in the ass I needed because I was getting real comfortable with my cushy income and lifestyle. Not that I was making a ton of money or anywhere close to what I wanted but it was enough to buy everything I needed and a little extra and I never had to “go to work”.
